General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fo99 ("fo99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the fo99 website at https://fo99.ws, including all casino games, sportsbook markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and any other service or feature made available through the platform.

By accessing the fo99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fo99 platform and close your account.

fo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the fo99 website. Your continued use of fo99 following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which fo99 operates internationally. Any dispute arising from your use of fo99 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that governing jurisdiction.

Age Restriction

Use of fo99 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account on fo99, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. fo99 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

fo99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by fo99 will result in the immediate suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

If fo99 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, fo99 will immediately suspend that account, void all wagers and bonuses accumulated during the period of underage use, and return any net deposits (minus any winnings already withdrawn) to the payment method used for deposit. fo99 may also report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

• Minimum age to register and play: 18 years.
• Age verification documents may be requested at registration or at first withdrawal.
• Underage accounts will be suspended and winnings voided without exception.
• Suspected underage gambling should be reported to [email protected] immediately.

Account Registration

To access fo99's games, sportsbook, and promotional offers, you must register a player account. Registration is free. Each individual is permitted to hold only one fo99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow third parties to access or use your fo99 account on your behalf.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fo99 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during your account lifetime. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name). fo99 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.

Deposits & Withdrawals

fo99 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on fo99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fo99 does not accept deposits or withdrawals in cryptocurrency at this time.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your fo99 account instantly in most cases.
• fo99 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• fo99 reserves the right to request proof that a deposit method belongs to the registered account holder before processing withdrawals to that method.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• fo99 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1–3 hours via bKash and Nagad during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• fo99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 (Bonus Terms) before withdrawal.

Bonus Terms

fo99 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be communicated clearly at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at expiry.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• fo99 bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or exploiting promotions through coordinated play will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• fo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless fo99 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fo99. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one fo99 account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using fo99 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or exploiting known software vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using fo99 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or reproducing any fo99 game, software, or intellectual property.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with fo99's platform infrastructure, servers, or databases.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fo99 staff, support agents, or other players.

fo99 employs advanced fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Any account flagged by these systems will be subject to manual review. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is conducted. fo99 will communicate the outcome of any review to the affected player in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your fo99 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, fo99 will process any pending verified withdrawal of your remaining balance before closing the account, provided that no outstanding investigations or holds are in place.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion rather than a standard closure. Self-exclusion prevents re-registration for a specified period (minimum 6 months) and is the recommended option for players who feel gambling has become problematic. Closure by fo99

fo99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory requirements, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or provision of false registration information. Where fo99 closes an account due to a breach by the player, fo99 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the player's balance pending investigation.

• Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24–48 hours of receipt.
• Verified balances are returned to the player's registered payment method upon voluntary closure.
• Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Accounts closed for breach of Terms will be reviewed before any balance determination is made.

Limitation of Liability

fo99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fo99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, fo99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fo99 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of the fo99 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failures, network interruptions, incorrect wager placement, or game malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction that results in an incorrect payout (higher or lower than the correct result), fo99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account balance.

fo99 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from sharing account credentials, playing from a restricted jurisdiction, or failing to complete KYC verification before a withdrawal request.

Nothing in these Terms limits fo99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
